London Underground Poster Anderson Art Deco Olympia Royal Tournament. Original vintage London Transport poster for the Olympia Royal Tournament that took place between May 18 and June 3 1939. Art Deco design by Anderson features Royal Guards on horseback, manning cannons and performing. Printed by The Dangerfield Printing Co, LTD, London. London Transport logo in bottom left corner. The Royal Tournament was the world's largest military tattoo and pageant, held by the British Armed Forces annually between 1880 and 1999. In its later years it raised money for leading forces charities, such as The Royal British Legion. Excellent condition, minor creasing.
